Catalyst 2030 Award for Supporting Systems Change - Mona Foundation as a Finalist.

We are thrilled to announce that we are a finalist for an extraordinary new award: the Catalyst 2030 Awards Supporting Systems Change. Launched a year ago at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Catalyst 2030 is recognizing Mona Foundation for our innovative work in supporting community-based solutions.

Mona Foundation, known for its innovative work in advancing universal education, gender equality and community building, is being recognized as a global leader in sustainable development. All the award finalists are being recognized by Catalyst 2030 not only for their past successes, but because they model innovative approaches to lasting, systemic change.

Mona Foundation is one of only two Washington state finalists: Mona Foundation is in the “Donor Organisation and Philanthropic Intermediary” category, and MacKenzie Scott is in the category of Individual Philanthropist.

Although not possible in normal years, everyone is invited to attend the virtual awards ceremony. This is a special opportunity to support Mona and to learn about the many wonderful people and organizations who are working on systemic change.

In the words of Catalyst 2030: “Celebration is one of life’s most important, and enjoyable, traditions. It is how we come together to mark significant accomplishments. And, as we believe in the Catalyst 2030 community, celebration is a great way to encourage, inspire and re-energise each other along the way to doing great things.

“We have found some remarkable people and organisations who really get it – in philanthropy, in government, in multilaterals and in business.”
