Sunflower Mission builds schools in remote villages across rural Vietnam, where many families live in poverty with limited access to quality education, and provides scholarships to students from elementary school through university.

Thang's Story: When Thang's family faced financial hardship before he entered university, continuing his education became uncertain. After working long hours to support his family, he received the Le So Memorial Scholarship of Excellence from Sunflower Mission, which eased the financial burden and connected him with mentors who helped him grow as a leader.

Inspired by the opportunity he received, Thang became President of the Cho Em Đến Trường ("Give Me a Chance to Go to School") community project, helping provide support and opportunities to children in underserved communities.



Today, Thang is completing his degree in Finance and Banking at Can Tho University and continues to define success as creating opportunities for others.
