Los Angeles Chapter is the first chapter that we launched. For the past several years they have sponsored numerous events, both public and in private homes, for children, youth and adult to share Mona’s message on importance of education, particularly for women and girls. San Diego chapter is dynamic, fun and ever active. They love and involve their children and youth in all their philanthropic activities. The result? The youth have already formed two Mona Global Citizen Clubs at their school! The chapter hold several events a year in support of Mona’s projects. Mona Foundation starts a chapter where there is a core of Mona supporters who would like to become more intimately involved with the work of the Foundation and learn about sustainable social and economic development. Portland Chapter uses the events they host to share the principals that guide Mona and encourage youth and children to become more involved in service to the community.
