Tabasom Eblaghie is a psychotherapist, public speaker and blogger in private practice in the Tri-Cities region of British Columbia. Her background involves counselling work with women in transition homes, and First Nations youth. She has volunteered with various theater and dance groups for many years and participated and organized trips to Siberia, Albania, Turkey, Bulgaria, Romania and various parts of Canada and US. She has also been an event planner for the past thirty years, planning conferences and workshops focused on developing communities and self-betterment.
She has been married to her best friend for the past 21 years, not having their own children, they have adopted the children of the world as their own as Tabasom believes that education of children is an honor that belongs that belongs to every citizen. In her own words, ” I support Mona Foundation because the responsibility to educate children belongs to every one of us, and will be the cause of the advancement of our civilization.”
