Board of Advisory member, Mona Foundation, Canada
Geraldine is a writer and a retired health and animal science educator. Working with youth and families in rural settings, she became an avid proponent of the principle of universal education as a means of unlocking the inherent potential of humanity. She has traveled widely in the Caribbean. While in Haiti she visited Anis Zunuzi School and became aware of the work of Mona Foundation. In her own words, “Mona’s commitment to long-term partnership with promising local educational initiatives is the type of work I want to support. Material progress can be so easily be reversed in unstable environments but the benefits of intellectual and spiritual education endure and continue to contribute to the progress of the individual and the community.”
Universal education unlocks the potential of humanity.
