Georgina Ubeda, a British citizen, was born in Germany and has lived all over the world. She recently moved to Seattle, having lived in San Diego for 6 years. Georgina has worked for the global logistics company Expeditors for 15 years, and is currently a Global Account Manager overseeing relations with her client, Callaway Golf. She has extensive knowledge of business development and building client relationships.
Her love of traveling has allowed her to experience many cultures. Whilst living in South Africa, Georgina saw the impact of gender disparity in education and fervently believes the African proverb: ‘If you educate a man, you educate an individual. But if you educate a woman, you educate a nation.’
Georgina has been involved in a number of social action and charitable projects back in the U.K. and is looking forward to contributing to the growth of the Seattle Chapter of the Mona Foundation.
